Your name and email address; your answers to the eligibility and screening questions; any notes we add in assessing your registration.

To assess your registration of interest according to our analysis of your screening answers and decide who to invite to take part in our research and pilot programmes, and to contact you about that outcome. Our lawful basis is your consent.

We will keep your information for 18 months from the date you submit this form, after which it will be deleted unless you have agreed to take part further or asked us to keep it for a specific reason.

Frank staff and contractors running our research and pilot programmes, including team members based in the EU. This form is hosted on Google Forms, so Google also processes your answers as part of providing that service; this may involve data being processed outside the UK, safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses.

You can access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your data, object to our use of it, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing support@heyfrank.ai. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

We don’t make decisions about you using automated means alone.
